The short version

We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in and the platform secure, to remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — to understand how Capo is used. You can change your choices at any time.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; where we say "cookies" in this policy we mean all of them.

2. The cookies we use

We group cookies by what they do. Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent; the rest run only if you allow them.

Strictly necessary — Required for the platform to work — signing in, keeping your session, security and load balancing. These cannot be switched off in our systems.

Functional / preferences — Remember choices you make, such as interface preferences.‍

Analytics / performance — Help us understand how Capo is used so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.

Keep this table accurate — audit your live site (browser dev tools > Application > Cookies) and update names, providers and retention to match what actually loads.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by the providers we use — for example our authentication, analytics or embedded content providers. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own privacy and cookie notices. Connecting third-party platforms to your Capo account may also involve their cookies when you use their features.

4. Managing your choices

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via [link to your cookie settings / "Cookie settings" in the footer].

You can also control cookies in your browser settings — blocking or deleting them — though strictly necessary cookies are needed for the platform to function, so blocking them may break sign-in. Most browsers explain how at their help pages.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for responding to it, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We honour the choices you make through our cookie banner.
